Before you ask. Short answers.
For creators, brands and anyone curious about $ECHO.
Creators
Who can join a campaign?
Anyone. Sign in with a wallet, add your handles, and pick a live campaign. Echo matches each post to your handle, so post from your own account.
How much does a post earn?
The rate is on every campaign, so you know before you post. At $2 per 1,000 verified views, 50,000 views earn $100. Some campaigns pay a fixed amount per approved post, or split the pool by views when they end.
Is there a minimum number of views?
Each campaign sets one, 1,000 by default. Below it a post earns nothing. Once it passes, all its views count.
How many posts can I submit?
Up to 10 per campaign, and each one earns on its own. Rejected posts don’t count toward the 10, and the same post can’t go in twice.
Brands
What can I launch a campaign for?
A creator, token, protocol, brand, product, app, launch, announcement or event. It doesn’t need to be on Echo. Launch it as your own, or as a community campaign its owner can claim later.
How long can a campaign run?
21 days by default, and up to 180. It ends early if the pool runs out. Views count for 48 hours after the end. To keep it going, the owner can extend the end date, and top it up if the pool ran out.
Are views guaranteed?
No. You pay only for approved posts and verified views, and only until the pool runs out.
Someone launched a campaign for my project. Can I take it over?
Yes, if it’s unclaimed. Once the app opens, claim it from its page: sign in with your X account, post a code from it, add a DNS record on your website, sign with your token’s wallet, or ask the team. Once approved, every unclaimed campaign for you moves to your account.
Money
What does it cost?
The pool you choose, from $100, plus a 10% fee on top. A $1,000 pool costs $1,100, plus a few cents that identify your payment. The fee is never taken from the pool.
How do I pay?
In USDC on Solana. Pay with your wallet, or send the exact amount from anywhere, including an exchange, and Echo confirms it on Solana. If your exchange takes its fee out of the amount, add it on top. Sending needs a little SOL for network fees. There are no cards and no other tokens or chains.
Where does the fee go?
If someone referred you, they get 20% of it. The rest is split today: 30% buyback and burn, 30% campaign treasury, 15% creator rewards, 10% ecosystem and 15% operations. Referrers never get a cut of a pool or of a creator’s earnings.
What happens to money that isn’t spent?
After the campaign ends, the Echo team refunds what’s left in the pool to you. It’s done by hand today.
When can I withdraw?
Earnings clear after a 3-day hold, then they’re available. Withdraw from $10 to any Solana wallet, in USDC on Solana. A person sends it after a quick review, usually within a day.
Verification
How are views counted?
Views are read from the platform about every 30 minutes, or entered by a person where Echo can’t read it. They count while the campaign is live and for 48 hours after it ends, and counted views never go down.
Who reviews my post?
A person reviews every post before it earns, against the campaign’s brief and rules. Must-mention and hashtag rules are checked by that person, not automatically.
What holds or cancels pay?
A post from someone else’s account, a post another creator already submitted, a sudden view spike, or very low engagement on a big post. Held pay waits for a person. If a post is rejected or deleted before its pay clears, that pay goes back to the pool.
$ECHO
What is $ECHO?
Echo’s upcoming token, not launched yet. It will be a Solana token, attached later. Echo doesn’t sell or trade it, and no price, allocation or airdrop amount is promised.
How do points work?
Posting, earning, funding and referring earn contribution points, recorded from day one. Today an approved post earns 10, verified views 1 per 1,000 (up to 500 a post), earnings 1 per $1, funding 0.5 per $1, a launch 25 and each person you refer 50. When $ECHO launches, chapters of its supply can be shared out by points.
$ECHO is not a promise of value. More on the $ECHO page. Every figure will be on Transparency at launch.
